Refund Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is required. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds will be issued and the procedures for requesting a refund.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Service Cancellations: Refunds may be issued for services canceled before they have been rendered, subject to the specific conditions of the service purchased. Duplicate Payments: In case of any duplicate transactions or erroneous payments, you may request a refund. Failure to Deliver Service: If, for any reason, DreamZoneIndia fails to deliver the services promised, a refund may be issued after a thorough investigation. Unauthorized Transactions: If an unauthorized transaction has been conducted from your User Account, you may be eligible for a refund after verification by DreamZoneIndia.

2. Refund Process

Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, you must contact our customer care team via email at [care@DreamZoneIndia.in]or call us at +91 9986074786. Please include the following information in your request: - Full Name - Registered Mobile Number - Transaction ID - Reason for Refund Request Verification: Upon receiving your refund request, DreamZoneIndia will initiate a verification process. You may be required to provide additional information or documentation to support your claim. Processing Time: Once verified, refunds will be processed within [7-10 business days]. The refund will be credited back to your bank account or as applicable, to your PPI wallet. Non-Refundable Charges: Please note that certain charges, such as transaction fees and service charges, may not be refundable.

3. Refund Conditions

PPI Account Balance: Refunds will only be issued if the balance in your PPI account is greater than Rs.100. Balances lower than this amount are non-refundable. Refund Limits: Refunds will be processed up to a maximum amount of Rs. 1,00,000 per transaction. Expired Accounts: Refunds from expired PPI accounts will only be issued after thorough verification. You will need to provide bank details for the refund.
